Due to the recent sanctions and the lack of a formal after sales service team for providing services to the customers of KraussMaffei, Karan Sima Fam priority in the beginning of its activities is to offer necessary services to former customer of KM. As a result, a team including Iranian and German experienced engineers were assigned to arrange a statement of KM machinery situation by systematic visits of the machineries, in this way, the service will be organized and planned.
On the other hand, after sales services team will attend in necessary training courses in Germany and the trainings will be updated regularly by the periodic visits of German experienced engineers to Iran.
With this method, Karan Sima Fam will have the opportunity to supply services to the customers of KM in many provinces of Iran in near future. After the technical visits, the customers will have the possibility to get their necessary spare parts and services at earliest possible time.
Furthermore, it has been made available to update the software of old machines into new versions.
